1. Introduction & Legal Status
These Terms of Service (referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the WOT Recruiter online platform (the "Service"). Detailed information regarding the service provider, operational contacts, and official business identifiers can be found on our "Legal Information" page.
- A "User" is any individual who has completed the authorization process on the Service.
- WOT Recruiter is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Wargaming.net or any of its subsidiaries.
2. Platform Access & Technical Requirements
To access the functionality of the Service, the user must satisfy and maintain the following criteria:
- Possess a valid, active account within the Wargaming.net ecosystem.
- Be a current member of a World of Tanks clan.
- Hold an authorized officer role within said clan, specifically: Commander, Executive Officer, Personnel Officer, Combat Officer, Intelligence Officer, Quartermaster, Recruitment Officer, or Junior Officer.
- Utilize a modern web browser fully compatible with HTML5 standards.
3. Authentication & Data Privacy
Registration and subsequent logins do not require the creation of a local account, password, or the submission of personal identifiers like email addresses. The Service exclusively uses secure OpenID authentication, utilizing World of Tanks as the third-party identity provider.
Users retain the right to terminate their profile and data at any time by submitting a deletion request to our support team at [email protected].
4. Billing, Extended Features, and Refunds
Base usage of the platform is free. Advanced tools and extended features require extended access. All rates displayed on the platform are gross prices and already include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Transactions are securely processed in Euros (€) via integrated third-party providers: Stripe, PayPal, and Przelewy24.
- Upon confirmed payment, extended access is provisioned automatically. For billing discrepancies, contact [email protected].
- In accordance with standard consumer protection laws regarding digital goods (specifically Article 38 concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), all purchases are final and non-refundable once delivery has begun.
5. Service Availability, SLA, and Liability
The management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform's operations at its sole discretion without prior liability. The platform owner is not liable for indirect financial losses or data issues resulting from technical disruptions or user actions that violate local laws or these Terms.
- If unexpected technical maintenance or server outages exceed 12 consecutive hours, active extended access will be extended by 24 hours, with an additional 24 hours added for each subsequent full day of unavailability.
- Transactions are monitored 24/7. In the rare event that payment processing takes longer than 24 hours, the affected user will receive a 24-hour extension as compensation, plus an additional 24 hours for every day the delay persists.
6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues or wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding service delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will review and provide a comprehensive response to all official complaints within 14 days of receipt.
7. Amendments
Any structural changes or updates to these Terms will not apply retroactively. All active support agreements are governed by the specific version of the Terms that was active at the exact moment the user's order was placed.
